Our History
Our History:
Through key support from community leaders and business men & women from all around Northeast, Ohio, The LOT Initiative© was formed in the fall of 2008. These civically engaged and community focused leaders saw a need and joined the cause to implement programs to carry out the mission of equipping the next generation of Society’s Leaders for Life’s Possibilities through Training, Education, Accountability, and Mentoring focused initiatives or “TEAM”.
Key Program Outcomes since Organizational Formation:
Established The Leaders of Tomorrow Endowment
for Scholarships
29 students enrolled in our “T.I.E.S. that Bind”
Mentoring Program
Strategic Partnership with Cuyahoga County
Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA)
to bring residents out of poverty
Invited to the White House for “A Healthy
Marriage Now” Program and Outcomes
Chapel programs for State of Ohio Correctional Facilities
62 couples completed “A Healthy Marriage Now”
Trainings through partnership with Governor’s Office of
Faith Based and Community Initiatives
600 in attendance for Men’s Conference and Outreaches
